HOW CAN I PRE-ORDER A CARD?

If you wish to order the card, you need to pass the KYC and residence verification, which means that your customer account needs to be fully validated first.

Once you validate your profile, the option of pre-ordering the card will appear in your Akt.io application. 

The membership you subscribe to will determine the type of card you will be able to order.

Elite and World users can choose between the World Metal card and the Freedom Biodegradable PVC card.

The Freedom Biodegradable PVC card is available to all users no matter the membership. 

Each type of card is available in two color options: black or white. 

How to pre-order a card? 

1. Open your Akt.io Application and make sure you've passed the verification stage. 
2. Verify your personal information and your residential address. If applicable, add your building number, floor number and door code to facilitate the delivery.  In case of any discrepancies, please contact our Support Team. Please note, if you do not enter the correct information, you’ll need to cover the cost of the new card and the delivery fee. 
3. Make sure your Euro wallet has sufficient funds to cover the delivery fee and eventual card fee. Your first card is free of charge. 
4. Choose the type of the card and the color you wish. The Metal Card is only available for World and Elite members. Validate your choice.
5. Choose your own, unique security question.
6. Confirm the payment. The funds to cover the delivery fee and eventual card price will be withdrawn directly from your Euro Wallet. 

If the procedure was successful a confirmation pop up will appear on the screen.
