In order to maintain a high security level on the platform, phone number modifications cannot be done on the App level. They're processed by our technical team.
For this reason if you wish to modify the phone number linked to your account, please, contact our Customer Support Team and provide them with your new phone number and the bill linked to the new number.
The document should contain your full name as well as your residence address. It also has to be dated within the last 3 months in PDF original format. All the information on the bill need to match the information provided in your customer account.
We wish to remind you that we cannot accept prepaid numbers.
Once we receive your request we will process the modification manually. It might take a while, please, bear with us while your demand is being taken care of.
All requests without document provided won't be processed.
