My KYC verification is pending

In some cases, the system Onfido cannot process the verification automatically and our Compliance Department needs to intervene and check the documents manually. 

This KYC check might take up to a 3 banking days, please, be patient, we're doing our best to validate your KYC as soon as possible. 

We will keep you posted by email and directly on the app.
