Why do I have to complete the KYC verification?

    Hi I have completed the registration and received on September 26, an email that says "Good news, your address has been verified!" when I log in it says "account blocked" please help me! I have emailed my phone number with the residence document attached! and in a second email I sent a photo of the verification email !.
