If you are having trouble accessing your App:
1. Check if you are on a stable internet connection. If you are using cellular data (3G, 4G, 5G) switch to a WiFi network. Or, if you are using a WiFi network try switching to cellular data.
2. Restart your device.
3. Check if an update is available for the Application.
4. Check if your device is running the latest OS version.
4. If none of the above steps work, try to uninstall and reinstall the application.
