Once you register on the App and enter your phone number, a verification code is sent to this number via SMS.
In case you have not received your code via SMS, please, verify your network connection first.
If the network connection is correct, you might want to verify the configuration in your phone: some devices have the dual sim option which blocks the reception of the message to the given number:
How to configure Dual SIM settings?
- Make sure you have inserted both SIM cards.
- Find and tap Settings > Dual SIM/Dual SIM settings.
- Drag the sliders beside SIM1 and SIM2 to the right. Alternatively, mark the SIM1 and SIM2 checkboxes.
