If you have already received a notification by email confirming that your KYC and your Residence sections have been validated, but you still can see the error message below on your App main page :
It could be due to two reasons :
- A last manual verification has to be done by our teams on your account. This manual verification can take up to 3 business days, due to high number of requests we are receiving.
- We need your Source of funds section to be validated to complete your registration, by uploading a source of funds document in the App. In this case, please go to your profile, then on "Account levels" to upload a source of funds. Please find more information here.
