Why do I need to validate my proof of address?

Once your KYC (identity verification) is validated, you will be level 1 in the App which gives you a limited access to our App. 

With only level 1, unfortunately you won't be able to access every feature that the App offers, such as receive and send funds, the order of any card or even to use our Vaults. To access these features you need to complete the part with your proof of address. 

Validating your proof of address is also about fulfilling regulatory obligations that allow us to ensure your security as well as our platform security to prevent fraudulent activities.

Once your proof of address validated, you will be able to access all the major features of the App as mentioned previously, such as receive and send funds, you will also be able to enjoy our innovative saving accounts. Furthermore, trade or even order our Akt.io card. All of that thanks to your approved proof of address!
