My PIN code doesn't work

When you want to Log-in, if you see this screen that don't shows your full name, with this error message, without the "Forgot PIN" option below :

This issue could be due to your device cache that have to be removed.
Please close the App and reboot your device.
After that, you can log-in and the issue should be solved.
If you still can not log-in, please try to reinitialize your PIN Code, by clicking on the Forgot PIN button (please refer to this article : I forgot my PIN Code)
After these steps, if the issue is not solved, please uninstall and reinstall the App
To uninstall the app, please click and hold on the app logo and click on uninstall or delete. To reinstall the app you can do it directly from Play Store or App Store also.
